If the eligibility requirements for refunds have been completed appropriately, then the refund will be credited back to the respective passenger's account within few days.
In unforeseen circumstances, If a vehicle does not arrive as reserved then the passenger will be entitled to get a refund. In spite of this situation, the company exerts the most effective effort to make an arrangement but the passenger is responsible to make the contact with the service provider if arrangements are made already by the passenger itself. No refunds will be given in the case where no notification is made by the passenger.
If the customer claims the refund of the booking amount without cancelation of his/her booking then GOSAFE cabs are not liable to make any payment whatsoever.
An airport taxi will not be refunded if a passenger does not show up at the venue of the pickup without making a notification while the vehicle reached.
